FARM FRESH – Refund and Cancellation Policy

If a customer wants to cancel the order for some reason after placing the order, the customer can cancel the order. If the customer has placed an order with cash on delivery, then no benefit can be given to the customer in this regard.

But if the customer has made an online payment while ordering, then that customer’s money is credited to his Farm Fresh wallet and the money is automatically used from that wallet the next time he orders.

We deposit the money in the customer’s wallet but if requested by the customer, we are ready to return the money to the source from which their money came. For example, if they have made a bank transfer through PayU Money, then we can credit them back to their account. The refund amount will be credited to the customer’s account within one week of initiating the process.

Sometimes, if the customer receives an item damaged, the customer is given an idea in advance that please take a photo of the item and send it to the company’s WhatsApp number. Its fair value is credited to the customer’s Farm Fresh wallet.
